Darkness fell once again on New York, a few weeks had passed since Kaine met up with Sue.Things had been pretty much...well normal as far as a Super hero or anti hero would've put it. Kaine had thought about what Sue had said to him, but he hadn't been able to put it into his own terms. "Kaine Riley is Scarlet Spider, but don't allow it to be the other way around. Don't hide behind the mask." he slept with those thoughts every night, and at one point he had begun to realize that just maybe...the Dark Syndicate wasn't meant for him...No! He couldn't start thinking like that. He had accomplished so much for Blackheart and the others. He found a home, a place that he could call his own, and they weren't afraid of him for being a freak. That was all that he could ask for. But really, Scarlet Spider was just another pawn for Blackheart's chess pieces, and he fell right for it.
For the past couple of weeks, he had been given a few odd tasks, but nothing major. Scarlet Spider was free to roam as he pleased. The recent one however, was a bit of a mystery to even him. He had been given an order to go ahead and steal some precious cargo in a building that was going to be tough, but as Scarlet Spider, nothing was impossible. After recording the address he went ti New York and found the back of the building easily. The red suited antihero looked up at the intimidating building and narrowed his eyes behind his mask, and he went to work.
A clash of thunder could be heard in the background, rain started to come pouring down at a steady rainfall but it'd get worse as the night came in. Kaine didn't have much of a fear of lightning and rain, and if by some chance he was electrocuted he usualy could come back thanks to his healing factor, it'd take a lot to kill him...maybe that was why they had gone this far to ask him to do it? It wasn't Blackheart directly who asked him to do it, but someone underneath his wing. He climbed up the wall to the first window, and using Kaine's strength and pulled at the bars opening them wide enough so he could get in. He pulled himself up and he was in.
Kaine looked up and began to crawl up the wall hiding in the shadows the best he could. As he saw people still working in the building but it was close to closing time. Carefully, Scarlet Spider went for one of the air vents, he needed to go down to storage. After pulling the vent free he pushed himself in. However it was dusty and he forced out a toygh sneeze. "Geez people need to clean out the air vents more often than they should." Kaine said. Though he had no idea what he was about to get himself into. As he began to climb through the air vent and it took him down several floors, the anti hero noticed a small room down below that was emptied out by now, almost everyone had gone home or were busy doing something else. "Well it's no or never." He whispered to himself but as he carefully undid the vent, he felt his spidey sense go off as he must have triggered some form of alarm was triggered. "Great." He said hearing the ringing hit him so loudy that it stunned him. "I've got to abort now!" He said to himself knowing some others might've heard this go off.
But what he didn't know someone else worked in the building that he had grown close too. They were about to meet the darker side of Scarlet Spider once again and he'd make a mistake that he wouldn't be able to fix any time soon.
ooc: sorry if this is short but it's a start, Kaine's out stealing some tech from Sue's building. I can add more to this later. @adaheart

Sue stood up and reached her hand out to Mark Hanford CEO of Dimenco medical research company that Storm industries had been working with since forming.
" Well Mr Hanford..." as Sue spoke Mark reached his hands up to pause her as she spoke for a second," I'm sorry it's Mark, anyway you said this medallion is safely in your cold storage."
" I'll have to bar you from my building if you call me Mr Hanford again, that's my father," Mark replied with a giggle," We believe we have this disease in its original form and after years of research I believe we can use the disease on the Madelaine to combat these new strains."
Mark stood up and approached the office door opening it for Sue. With his hand held out he lead the way towards the lift.
" Well Mark, I'm glad we're on the same page here," Sue said as she made her way down the corridor," I can understand you being so secretive on this. Some people would do anything to get there hands on this,"
This medallion had spread nothing but disease and ruin were ever in went. In recent years alone this Madelaine had spread two known plagues, one in Asia and the other in Africa. They had only got there hands on the Madelaine within the last few weeks, but research of it had proceeded fast results once they studied it and opened it secrets. They had been working on a cure for years, but having the medallion sped the research up by have the disease in it original form.
" We just glad your willing to help," placing his hand upon her back he gently guided her," Once it's out of my hands I'll be happy, already had a few a tempted thief's and I just want it gone."
" My facility is state of the art," Sue gave a smile to Mark, wanting to pull out all the charms to make him happy with the deal," I'll talk to security and give those you wish to give security clearance to. I have brought ten of my own security personal to protect it in transport."
As the two stepped on to the lift, the talking quickly shifted to a more casual daily news talk and unrelated to the medallion. But as the doors opened to the basement car park, she was greeted by ten heavily armed personal from her own company and an armored van to transport the medallion. The security team were among the best and another relic from Victors old company. Her company had been targeted a few times by thief's, but these men were her A game and they hadn't lost yet. When there jobs was lost with Victor, she gave them a job and in return they gave her loyalty. Only difference nowadays was that there swat looking uniforms were now a light Blue with A Storm patch on the arm.
" Your not taking risks are you,"Mark stated," Well when you are ready I'll hand over the medallion,"
"I don't take risks,"replied Sue," This is Captain Thomas Rook, let just say this is the person I call whenever I have a security problem and he hasn't let me down"
Without warning a security alarm blared through the building and Marks radio came alive.
' Security breach in sector four, I repeat Security breach in sector four,'
Right away Rook went into action and held his hand out for Marks radio. Without a fight Mark handed his radio to Rook and with in seconds Rook was laying out orders to seal the building off as Sue stood there and watch the skilled at work. Taking in to the radio he took command.
" I want a full lock down, from air vents to all exits,"as he spoke he dived his team into pairs of three with his hand," No one get in or out, have Dimenco Security posted at all exits and I want a full lock down of all electronic doors,"
" Mark please stay here with one of are team," Sue spoke as one of her security teams tailed behind her as she made her way towards the room the medallion was stored as the remaining two teams planned to trap the thief's exit.

Kaine was pretty much on the verge of regretting taking this assignment. It had been so sketchy from the start. This building may have looked innocent, but with the security it had it was a fortress underneath it, there was no way he could’ve gotten out of this alive. Perhaps he had been framed or even put in a trap that he couldn’t come out of.
With the alarm ringing in both of his ears, he was practically going deaf on how loud it was. If the alarm didn’t scare him this next part would as he heard the police officers coming and running down below him. The walls around him were starting to close in around him as the security started to take over. He was going to be squashed like a bug and he froze in fear. His heart rate picked up as adrenaline flowed; he was practically going through his flight or fight response at this point. He pushed the lock open that he had attempted to start earlier as he felt his weight drop down into the room below him with a loud thud.
His spidey sense went off again and again, but he really couldn’t do too much, he was disorientated with it going constantly going on in his head. But to make matters worse he felt something touch his costume and even go through to his skin as he yelled as a sharp pain hit his side. Surge of several volts of electricity went through his body leaving him stunned. A large black mark could be seen on his suit where it burned him pretty badly. Even his healing factor would take some time to completely heal the damaged tissue inside his body.
“Ok I’ve had enough! Just stop!” He pleaded. Throw him in jail, take off his mask, make him loose his humanity or even that small amount of trust he had towards humans again. All of that was so humiliating now as he made this awful mistake for coming in the first place. As he looked up he heard the doors whirr open as the security team arrived. He felt his body stiff from not being able to move from the static shock but he couldn’t get anywhere any time soon. He was dead. Dead with a capital d. But there was indeed no surprise that Sue would likely recognize the masked anti hero as they arrived.
One thing was true; Scarlet Spider hadn’t had a clue on why he had been sent here. He didn’t know what the Medallion was or even why it was so important to the others. He had been left in the dark and now left to rot in jail for the rest of his days. Not to mention, that really put a damper on his trust again, it was pretty much back at zero from where it started with other humans.

As Sue approached the location, Captain Rook placed his hand on her shoulder and he knew he was now taken charge.
" Sue, time to step back," as Captain Rook whispered, Sue was ready to protest until he spoke again," We need to show that we can do this without your abilities, for moral and prove we can do the job without you."
Sue stepped back as Captain Rook proved why he was head of security for Storm Industries. As the alarms blared Captain Rook gave the go and as the team disappeared Sue remained outside as Storm industries Security put an end to the thief.
As Captain Rook team barged through the door, his first observation was the effect the sound was having on the Scarlett Spider and how it disoriented him. Without having to ask the three men fired there high powered taser on the Scarlett Spider taken him down fast. As soon as he fall the remaining two teams entered the room with there weapons raised.
By the time Sue entered the room the Scarlett Spider was handcuffed and now her prisoner unconscious. Sue felt her insides drop at the sight of the Scarlett Spider, she had hoped he would of become different and not a thief. She order her men to leave the mask on.
An hour later Sue was in a private hanger were the private jet was located when needed for business trips. The medallion was safe back in the Storm Industries facility and now under heavy guard. For now the Scarlett Spider was her main concern, she still hadn't a clue what to do with him and if he was still worth the risk. In a metal chair the Scarlett Spider sat with his hands handcuffed with his mask still on, Sue unhooked the handcuffs as Captain Rook stood over her ready if needed. She tapped the Scarlett Spider on the cheek followed by the release of the handcuffs,
" Time to wake sweetie," Sue said in a loud tone to wake the Scarlett Spider up," Mama's pissed,"
As Sue sat down in the chair a few feet away, she felt infuriated and almost tempted to just give up on him.

Kaine was drifting in and out of consciousness ever since he got stunned by the electrical device. But by the time they brought him into the jail cell it had pretty much healed over except for a few places. His hands still felt numb besides having been handcuffed, he likely couldn’t climb a wall if he tried at that point especially with everything going on. He then heard a voice and felt something touch his cheek, but he realized that the voice was indeed angry and annoyed at the same time.
For a second he thought the voice sounded familiar as she spoke it was only a few words but it was enough to wake him up again. “Uh?” He asked looking around the room but his eye sight was still fuzzy as he rubbed his head a couple of times against his sleeve to try and correct it. But he knew his right eye would never recover at this point. He heard the lock from the handcuffs click open and his hands were freed but he knew he wasn’t out of the woods yet. As his vision returned, he was stunned to see that Sue was there. “Sue?” He asked with a surprised look on his face as he looked up at her. Though his mask may have not shown it he certainly was stunned.
What happened? As he looked around he realized he was in a jail cell or even an interrogation room.
He thought things through for a bit knowing Sue would likely ask him questions from here to the ends of the earth and he knew this wasn’t going to be easy.
…He had to tell the truth.
..Tell them about the Dark Syndicate, how they framed him.
But that would also mean that they’d probably consider him a criminal now, and he was framed. They’d start looking into the group and tear them apart limb from limb.
“I….” He trailed off not able to find the words for it. “What’s the use, you guys won’t listen to me.” Scarlet Spider said looking away from Sue; he couldn’t look her in the eyes especially after what happened here. Seeing that his hands were free, he rubbed them carefully trying to get the sensation back into his hands. But still nothing, it would take a bit before his healing factor was probably working a bit in over drive to get everything to work again.
And yet again, he still couldn’t bring himself to tell them the truth. The trust issue was still there. But he was talking to Sue, the woman who helped Kaine Riley figure out who he was, who helped Scarlet Spider figure out who he was. And now he blew it.

Sue shook her head at the Scarlett Spider feeling sorry for himself. There was a reason why the security team used tasers and that was for this reason. Better chance of taking prisoners alive, normally the people would be out for a few hours and not as lucky as the Scarlett Spider to be awake in an hour.
" Didn't anyone ever tell you to never pick a fight with sharks," Sue sat still as a mouse as she spoke," When in your right mind did you think it would be clever to go up against my security, let alone me. "
Sue stood up and placed her hand upon her head as she taught of a reason why he'd do something so foolish. The aircraft hanger was cold, but it gave the privacy and that was what she needed now. Out from the jet a lady appeared with a tray and two cups of lemon tea. Slowly she made her way down the small stairs and over to Sue. A small fold up table stood between the chairs as the lady placed the tray down.
" Thanks Rachel," Sue said softly as she picked up a cup and saucer, her tone quickly changed back to an aggressive one" Take the tea Scarlett, your body needs fluid and I ain't even started yet. Cause you have a lot of explaining and before you think of running you'd want to weight the risks."

Scarlet seemed to be in constant turmoil as he was trying to think of a way to explain this towards Sue. He knew he probably wasn’t going to get out, not even tomorrow if he was on a string of luck today. ‘Tell them! You can trust sue!’ But then there was the other side of it. ‘You’ll be put away for the rest of your life; you’re 19 for crying out loud! It’s probably a new record for the youngest one in jail. Is that what you want?’ He thought to himself as he heard Sue mention the part about picking a shark, it was an expression yes, but it meant more than that here as he sighed. Before he could talk, the door opened into the hangar as a woman walked in with some lemon tea. It had been awhile since he really ate anything, probably since this morning, but this wasn’t the first time he had forgotten to eat.
But Sue was right, sighing he lifted his mask a bit as he showed only a bit of his face as he took a soft sip from the tea that she had offered. The warmth went through his body relatively fast. He wasn’t much of a fan of it but it felt good from feeling that electrical stunner from earlier. Looking around the spider sighed, he wished he could at least talk from the ceiling, it may have sounded odd but it was at least been more comfortable up there instead of where they were. But he probably wasn’t going to be able to talk from up there.
“The Dark Syndicate,” He finally managed to say. “They’re the ones behind it.” He muttered softly knowing this may have been a shock. Scarlet had tried to hide them the last time the two encountered but it was clear he wasn’t out of the woods by a long shot.
“The Dark Syndicate is a group of super powered beings who believe they can’t find a place in the world. So they cause chaos and mischief on the streets. I was a pawn in this whole thing, the ring leader knew I wasn’t going to get out of the security system alive at least and that’s the reason why they sent me.” He said with a sigh. The ring leader was testing the security skills, and if one man couldn’t make it, maybe others who had more knowledge and the skills needed probably could do it. “I believe the correct term is framed.”
“You may have caught me but there are others who still want that tech. I don’t even know what it was.” He said with a sigh. “Is it alright if I talk to you from the ceiling? I know it’s on odd request but I feel more…comfortable up there.” He added knowing that she might give him that chance to go up there so he could talk a bit better. But he had a feeling it wasn’t going to be approved so easily. Sue looked like she was about to send him to the apocalypse and back the way she was looking at him. Well…it was at least a start with what he said. Suppose this would’ve been a familiarly taught phrase that one other Spider hero might’ve known, ‘With Great Power comes Great Responsibility.’ Well he wasn’t Spider-Man and he wanted his own path.

Captain Rook, Sue's grey hair head of security stood over her shoulder listening to his every word. Sue took in what Scarlett was saying, he was three steps ahead and thinking of a plan.
" No," Sue said bluntly," You remain seated. Your lucky you still have your mask, the only reason your not in a Shield cell is because of me and let's just say the Shield wouldn't of been too kind on you,"
As the woman who served the tea disappeared Sue began to pace up and down still wondering what to do. Captain Rook stood back and took out his phone to make a call.
" That facility has no technology," taking another sip of her tea Sue still couldn't fully grasp the situation," This facility has had nothing to do with technology since the company broke up,"
At that moment Captain Rook waved his finger for Sue to approach him and as soon as she was within distance he whispered.
" He probably doesn't even know the true plan," Sue frowned as Captain Rook spoke," Victor set up many research facilities around the country, now all of them were build around the same time and Victor had away of saving money. By building the same blueprints, the only thing this facility has different than the others are peers and what security is present. " Realising Sue still hadn't a clue he place his hands on her shoulders and explained." It's a test of strength, to see if he can escape or if he will surrender and spill his guts, they knew my team was here and he'd be captured."
Suddenly it all became clear, it was a clever plan and one she never would of taught of. She could only wonder how the Scarlett Spider would take it. Sue turned back to the Scarlett Spider and spoke harshly,
" Could this of been a test ?" Sue half grinned knowing that she had the upper hand," You idiot, they were testing you and you failed. Now unless you want me to just let you go and let them deal with you for failing your going to tell me more about this leader."

S. H. I. E. L. D., to be honest he expected himself to be thrown in there instead. But why was Sue trying to interrogate him like this? To see if they could learn anything from him? Well that was normal standared police work. But his eyes narrowed a bit after she denied his hopes of climbing on the ceiling, did she think he was going to try and mistake again? As Sue turned away to try and talk to the captain who just arrived onto the team he took a sip of his tea once more knowing he needed all the help he could get before crossing his arms showing he was impatient. “To be honest I expected to be thrown into SHIELD.” He responded rather bluntly himself.
Lucky for them he didn’t exactly have super hearing like Wolverine or even those feline like people that supposedly walk around. Regardless, he didn’t care either what they were talking about. He was going back to his old attitude that Sue probably knew this from their first encounter when he came to New York.
But the next part at least made him flinch as she came over increasing her voice and spoke out the next few sentences, that he had been an idiot. Well there was a bit of a news flash that he was new to this hwole crime job. Not everyone was perfect, but none of the real criminals got caught at least without the horrible luck he had.
Then again his thoughts went back, the innocent Kaine Riley before he became Scarlet Spider, that Kaine Riley probably didn’t have a clue, a sheltered life with his parents. At least, he couldn’t remember any of it. But his parents wouldn’t have wanted him to live a life of crime either, they wanted him to excel. But a chance of going to college was out of the question he could barely scrape by with a day today since he was on his own. Kaine Riley was practically an orphan. But all he had was the angry freak known as Scarlet Spider.
“His name is Blackheart. But that’s all I know. I couldn’t tell you if he has a human name or not. I know I've told you this once before, I’m a freak. We freaks don’t save down town like your typical heroes with flying capes.” Scarlet Spider said. But they’d have to look much deeper into the past if they wanted to find anything about Blackheart. Blackheart was not of this realm, and he was demonic, something you didn’t mess with or even take lightly. Not to mention Blackheart allied himself with the woman known as Madame Pryor who was the Goblin Queen. Goblins were as just as ancient as demons were, possibly even older. Where they come from was a mystery but somehow those goblins liked Madame Pryor quite a bit.

Sue crossed her arms and stood in front of him. What he said turned her stomach, her view was that feeling sorry for yourself never got you anywhere and she wasn't about to do it now for anyone.
" Do you want me to play the violin and get the sad music out,"if anything she felt guilty for believe in him and it showed in her words," I actually believed you wanted to be different and get away from this life. But this is my fault and not yours. I brought you here before handing you to the police or SHIELD to at least give me a good reason."
Once again She paced the floor as her Captain Rook dialed a number on his phone. She couldn't half wonder what Rook wax thinking and what idea he was planning. She had known he'd served in the military with some of his team, it was this training that kept the security of her company at its peak.
" If I had of felt so sorry for myself you..." with a growl off annoyance Sue hide her face as her hands covered it for a second," I have worked hard to make a life for myself, the pain is still there but does not define me."
For a second she contemplated how to approach the situation, What to do with him was the problem, Shield already knew she had them and it was only a matter of time till the showed up.
" Truth is, your problems are of no concern to anyone else,"she kneeled down to his side as she spoke softly," Cause everyone in the world has a problem and there problem is important to themselves. I'm no different, but I tried to help and got this in return. Your friends are few Scarlett, that's why your here as I taught I was one. Give me a reason why I shouldn't just let SHIELD lock you away for ever."

Your friends are few. That sentence rang a bell towards him as he remembered his past. That awful night often haunted his dreams so far and wide that it left him in a nightmare. Upon a New York street, Kaine Riley had been running for his life since he felt like he was being followed. Rain poured over head as the young kid practically slipped and fell in a puddle, something that Scarlet Spider would’ve never done but as he sat there in the puddle a van drove up to him, the soft spoken words were convincing enough even for the boy to get in and get out of the cold. But the thing he couldn’t remember or didn’t understand was why he had run away in the first place from the Riley’s after discovering the awful news about the plane crash with the help of Sue.
As he attempted to get into the van, the shady figure practically dragged him in and locked the doors pinning the weak boy down before he could put up a fight. He was scared, he was helpless and they were using that to his advantage. If only that Kaine Riley knew the dangers that awaited him and he would’ve gone and got help, even if the chance was small of getting help, Scarlet Spider would’ve never become what he was that day and the tides would’ve shifted. That Kaine Riley may have been gone, but Scarlet Spider would surface.
Scarlet’s attention quickly turned as he heard Rook dialing for security to come take him away to SHIELD prison. He’d probably be locked up for years, and was that how he wanted to spend the rest of his life in jail? Would his parents have wanted it to end this way?
With the seconds ticking by he knew he better make the best of this.
He let out a breathy sigh feeling the cold air hit his lungs, “You’ve got every right to lock me away. ...Scarlet Spider...no.... Kaine Riley at least should’ve known better than doing something like this. I know a thousand sorries probably isn’t going to fix this situation either. I know I went in way over my head and didn’t listen to my first instincts that something was wrong. But I also know I ruined friendships, burned bridges that I’m probably never going to get back, and I regret it.” He said taking off his mask showing how regretful he was, he knew he made a mistake as he tossed it on the table before putting his hands out for Sue to arrest him. He’d go quietly if she’d let him.
"I've answered your questions the best to my knowledge, maybe started things the wrong way and with the wrong attitude. If I could turn things around go back in time, I should've gone to you first before jumping into things so quickly." He explained, Kaine Riley did want to make a difference, but he didn’t know where to start. But maybe he would start at least by forgiving his past and forgiving those who did those awful things they did to him. Except he had a feeling he was too late. "Worst of all, I even burned this bridge." He said holding back his emotions, but it was hard. "I thought...no, hoped... we were still friends." But some how he had a feeling it wasn't going to be like that.
The only problem, now was: how was he going to try and break free from the grip that the Dark Syndicate had on him?

Sue stood up as Captain Rook once again placed a hand on her shoulder. She kept her eyes on Scarlett for a second before turning to to Rook who whispered into her. She frowned but also realised Rooks plan was the only choice available, turning back to Scarlett she spoke,
" My chief of Security has a way to help," Sue said calmly as she moved to her chair," Shield is on there way, there's nothing I could of done about them and yet I maybe able to help."
Sue was about to go on a limb, chances were it may turn back on her and ruin everything she had done. Shield was not going to be happy with her. But she believed there was more to the Scarlett Spider and she'd regret it for the rest of her life if she didn't try to help.
" If I give you to Shield they'll just lock you away till they find away to suppress your abilities," leaning back in to the chair Sue took a deep breath," Chances are you would never see the light of day again. But we need more information on your group, as I'v heard the name Black Heart before and that's all it is a name." Sue paused as she seconded guested herself," If you go back to this group and gather what information you can. I'll defend you against Shield, I'll tell Nick your working for me in gathering information on Black Heart and on my payroll. I'll contact my lawyers to get your file cleaned but there's a price."
Her fingers began to tap the table as she stressed over the situation at hand.
" You'd have to go back to Black Heart." Her eyes stayed locked onto Scarlett,"The only thing is that we would have to make your escape realistic and keep this between A small circle. I also wouldn't be able to tell the approaching Shield agents. The only way to make this look real is if we fake you killing two of are guards. It's the only way to have your team believe you escaped on your own. "

Scarlet knew what it was like to be locked up for so many years by Oscorp who had experimented on him for those nine long years. He never saw the light of day, and to be locked up again wasn’t on his agenda. He had plenty of unanswered questions, like what happened to his family on that awful day of that plane crash, what happened to his forgotten past? And if possible where were his parents buried? And if he could reclaim that little bit of hope left that there was still good in some people, that would at least make him have a better outlook on things and make him feel better about himself.
“I understand that there is going to be a tough one coming out of this. But it’d make at least a good impression with Blackheart, I’ve been trying to get on his good side since day one…but if you’re able to clear any misdoings that I may have made, mistake or not it would help a whole lot. I can lead you to the hide out and gather Intel to the best of my knowledge I can. It won’t be easy, but I'll do it." He said and as if almost right on queue, he felt his spidey sense starting to tingle with the oncoming approach that danger was coming their way.
It was an odd way to try and describe someone what it felt like to have the spidey sense unless you had it yourself, but he knew explaining the esp sense of danger to Sue would be enough for her to give her a warning that they were approaching. “After this, I’m heading back to the headquarters in Las Vegas where I can start working for you.” He added knowing Sue and the others might have a tough time trying to find the place, it was shielded by Blackheart’s own protection and the guy made it look as if he had put up defenses just about everywhere, if SHIELD tried to go in or any of the Avengers, they would have a tough time, so someone on the inside would be doing just fine.
“My spidey sense is already going off they must be close.” HE said grabbing his mask knowing he couldn’t let the SHIELD agents see who he was. They only knew him as Scarlet Spider, a criminal, crook and thief who was about to get locked away in jail. But if he could live out his days as a better person than that, maybe he would be able to find himself in the world as well, and give his life more meaning.
But Scarlet had come close to killing others in the past, and it appeared he’d have to make it look like he actually did it here. So he released the one weapon that he knew would help, his sharp stingers that came out from the palm of his hands could easily tear through flesh, and if he did it right he could make the scene look like a rather violent attack that could occur. “And I’m ready for what they throw at me.” He said narrowing his eyes waiting for the doors to open.

Sue stood up as five of her security personnel entered, taken a pair of handcuffs off Captain Rook she approached Scarlett,
" I need to put these on," Sue spoke as she placed the handcuffs on softly,"There is a key for the cuffs on the guards belt and now the bad news."
Sue paused as she prepared to make things a lot harder, she was sure he could easily get out of this mess with his abilities and that was the problem.
" You can't use your abilities to hurt people," she crossed her fingers he'd listen,[/b]" Shield need to think for at least five minutes your abilities were temporary suppressed and so do your team ."[/b] Sue pointed to the middle security guard,[/b]" That's Tony, his gun has blanks and you'll use that gun to make people think you have killed these men or some. When your free there's a sewer system just past the far side of the fence, it's your best bet and Shield will have trouble tracking you down there.[/b]
Sue placed a kiss on the Scarlett spiders cheek before her and Captain Rook left the hanger. With that the five security men stood before the Scarlett Spider and waited for Shield to enter. They never spoke as they placed there helmets on to hide there identity, a voice whispered into one of there ears.
" OK Spider, here they come," with that the guard hit the mic on his helmet," OK lets get the security cameras rolling again so the news can get this on the next bulletin." With them words the hanger doors opened as the guard spoke one last time to Scarlett," Your up son, now make it good."

Sue had made things a lot harder for him now, he knew his stingers could easily tear through flesh but he sighed as he mentally brought them back into the palm of his hands and hid them away. He’d make a mental note on a lot of things. No organic webbing, no wall crawling, no stingers, and not even the mark of Kaine, all of which had made him to what he was and he relied on his powers quite a bit. But he couldn’t help and wonder if this was a test of Sue’s own to see if he’d be able to handle other situations like this. The hand cuffs were put on his hands to make it look like she had arrested him, but the last part surprised him the most, a kiss on the cheek? He couldn’t help but wonder if that was a kiss for good luck. He had never dated anyone before so the feeling was at least mutual for him, he considered Sue a friend and that was probably about it at this point, and he owed her big time for helping him get out of this. “I’ll assume that’s a kiss for good luck, but I won’t disappoint you. I still remember those days of learning how to fight and defend myself.” Scarlet said as he watched Sue and the captain leave. He was all alone now. That was when his attention turned to SHIELD.
“You want me? Well then come get me SHIELD.” Kaine announced as he narrowed his eyes behind his mask, his red part on it that would’ve shown to be big bug like eyes tinted bright red almost like blood from the little bit of light that came into the room. Well there was a reason why he was called Scarlet Spider, and they were going to find out soon.
First part was trying to break himself free from the hand cuffs so he at least had a way to get around a bit easier. But as he looked up he’d have to take out at least all of the guards to try and figure out which one had the key on them to get loose, but he’d have to save Tony for last since he was the one who had the gun on it. Instinctively the anti hero waited until they were at least a yard’s length away, though he couldn’t help it, his spidey sense was going off like mad once more with the arrival of the SHIELD guards. That was something that he couldn’t stop.
“But I know one thing; you think all villains are alike don’t you? I’m going to show you that I’m one of a kind.” He said and without warning the spider anti hero rushed forward towards the closest guard, despite his hands being cuffed, the hero sent out a sharp kick towards the side of his cheek and of course he checked to make sure that this guy didn’t have the key on him at the last minute. He had his wits about him but he felt a sharp pain come from where the electricity had one through him in his back, he’d have to ignore that as best as he could, apparently that had been a stronger stun gun than he thought. His healing factor might take a bit before getting that fully healed up. The unfortunate thing was, he’d have to protect that area too if the SHIELD agents found that as a weakness, he’d go down, and ruin it for Sue. He wasn’t about to let that happen.
