Kaine had only really ever seen New York City one time in his life besides cooped up in a lab room all day. It was the day that he broke out of Oscorp which had been several months ago already. And he was glad he never looked back. The spider anti hero took a ride on top of one of the trains that would bring him to New York City, it was several hours long but he didn’t seem to mind it all that much. He had some patience before he would return to Las Vegas back in the Hells Gate Casino. But a thought crossed him a couple of times, why not cause a little bit of chaos while he was at least attempting to do some good in the act. Well it was mostly chaos as far as he was concerned. As the train entered the station, Kaine jumped off towards a nearby building from the tracks and clung with his hands. As he rested for a bit his spidey sense seemed to go off before he even knew it.
“Great not even ten minutes into New York and bad guys are on the loose.” Scarlet Spider said as he looked towards the streets. One car was racing pretty fast, it looked like one of those swat vehicles where they could store heavy loads in the back. Whatever the reason for it’s run away probably wasn’t anything good. Carefully he sent out red webbing and clung towards the truck as it pulled Kaine forward. “Now why are you all the way out here?” He asked as he put his hands on the top of the metal. He half wondered if his corrosive hands would be able to eat through the metal. Well there was only one way to find out if the Mark of Kaine worked. He placed his hands on the metal and slowly he felt the acid come from his hands and ate away the metal leaving a large hole in it. Inside he was surprised to see three goons in side with a large safe.
“Don’t mind if I drop in? I’m pretty sure what you’re doing here is illegal.” He said but before he could the three goons started firing at him but his Spidey sense quickly predicted that too with a sharp tingle as he dodged to the left. He sent one webbing sling towards the one goon closest to him and flung him out of the car so he was on the top and sent a sharp kick to his face which sent him stumbling. Meanwhile the car was still driving at a face pace of speed. Kaine quickly gave another punch towards the guy’s face almost knocking him off the truck. But if he let go, that was his fault, not the Spider’s.
“Who are you?” He asked still in a daze from the punch.
“Just call me Scarlet Spider.” He responded. “And you’re about to be in a world of pain.” He said but the goon half believed him this time as he went over to kick him again this time knocking the guy off of his feet pretty hard as he clung to his car.

Sue handed the lady the cash as the small bag of perfume was handed over, she had spent the last two hours going through them and trying to find the one that spoke to her. Image was everything and the way you smelled was just as important. She may not be as big as other heros, but she had worked hard to get a name for herself after leaving Reed and the others. Sometimes she wished that she did have a secret identity, but that time was long gone and now she could only be herself. That image was one she needed to bring in the money. In jeans, black polar neck shirt and a cream leather jacket Sue made her way to the exit. As she slowly made her way out she stopped in front of a mirror to check herself out and to be sure she was at her best. With a quick fix to her jacket she also made sure her hair was in tip top condition. With a little puff of her hair Sue turned and made her way out the exit. As she stepped out the door the noise of the city brought a smile to her face, she loved her City and even at the worst of times she believed it was a city worth saving. As she began to make her way down the sidewalk a little girl no older than eight passed with her mother, the girl pointed and pulled at her mother's hand to get her attention. Sue just raised her hand and gave the girl a finger wave with a smile. It wasn't the first time she had been noticed, but since young the Avengers she had begun to become more noticed. Her attention was quickly drawn to the sound of car horns in the distance and it was getting louder with each blast. Placing the perfume into her breast pocket Sue noticed in the distance a truck approaching at a high speed and she could only gather this was her time to step in. Sue walked into the middle of the road dodging inbetween cars. As the truck drew nearer she noticed something or someone on the truck. If the driver knew who she was she didn't know and in the end it wouldn't make a difference. The truck still needed to be stopped before someone was hurt. As the driver aimed right at Sue, she held the palm of her hands out towards the truck. Once it was within distance Sue lifted the truck a few feet off the ground leaving the wheels to spin aimlessly and with that she let a scream out. " There's two ways we can do this," with a smile she waited a reply as she prepared to raise shield to protect her encase they picked the gun option. Tag Kaine Riley

Though he really hadn’t been paying too much attention to where the truck was going, the driver seemed to have that covered. But a loud piercing screech came to their ears as the truck driver was trying to slow down. It seemed to have a tough time trying to come to a stop as he slammed on the breaks. Well it was a large vehicle, and it took a lot to slow down at high speeds. The skidding sounds were painful almost, but before Scarlet could grab a hold of anything he felt his body being flung just as the guy he had been fighting let go and fell into the streets. The truck fell short a couple of feet before reaching to what had been blocking someone in their path. As Kaine clung to the back of the truck he looked up half annoyed that this joy ride had been over with so easily and some idiot had decided to get in the way.
“Can’t you see we’re busy here punk?” Scarlet spider asked as he climbed back on top of the truck above the man who was too stunned really to move. But he was even more surprised to see that there was a woman standing in their path. Was she supposed to be their white knight shining in armor? Was she so stupid enough that she could’ve been run over. At first glance this woman just seemed like a regular citizen but he did eye the gun at her hip that she was about ready to pull out with her trigger finger.
“Oh please you don’t seem like a threat to me. If I could handle a bunch of bad guys like these I’m sure I’d have no problem with it.” Scarlet Spider said after giving her a good look. As the other guys started to open up the end of the truck to see what was going on Kaine turned seeing that they were starting to get away. “And you let them get away? Don’t stand there like a statue!” He called out half wondering if he was the only super powered freak here. But he had no idea that this other girl had powers of her own. But it seemed that the safe was still locked away in side where it hadn’t been touched even Kaine hadn’t gotten a chance really to pull it out without them pointing their guns at him.

Sue gave a snigger as if hearing a joke, she be damned if she was going to let anyone treat her City like trash and let them get away with it. As the driver jumped out and made a run Sue paid attention to the man with a spider on his chest. These were different time, criminals were becoming more brave and were all too willing to take the innocent out if need be to make a quick buck. Sue had trust in the police, she had worked with them when she had first left Reed and a gunfight was not what they needed. Just catch one and she was sure they'd get the rest. But as car horns blew Sue missed some of the words the man spider spoke. With a small swirl of her hand a invisible disc appeared under her feet and then it began to rise bring her up as if standing in mid air. " Don't worry," Sue laughed as she spoke in a casual tone " The police can round the rest of your crew up and they won't get far. "As the criminals made there escape, in the distance the police sirens flashed and prepared to surround the area. As Sue gave herself more hight, she watched as the civilians scattered to safety and she did her best to buy time. That was what she wanted, for the innocent to get out of harms way. " Do you honestly think you and your crew would get away with it," Sue switched to a hostile tone " Your reckless driving could of got people killed, money is one thing but when you threaten innocent people, well that is when you cross the line and I'm the line,"Sue wasn't dumb, she could only guess this man spider had abilities of his own and that was why he wore a costume. But no matter what his abilities was she needed to put a stop to him before he did harm. As the civilians final emptied the street below she felt ready to deliver justice. " The stage is set, " before Sue continued speaking she released ten invisible football size spheres at high speed against him, "Time to dance criminal."<Tag Kaine Riley >

“My crew?” Scarlet asked almost insulted that she thought that he had been a part of this. Well he did hitch a ride to try and mess with them but that was totally different story. To him these guys were idiots really. They were reckless and stupid for just doing it out for money. Scarlet had mostly been here down memory lane since his own home had been in New York. The giant building with the name OsCorp, written on it, was his home as much as he hated that idea, but he spent several years being fed spider DN into his blood and that was how he came to be. They apparently did some kind of undercover work with trying to create villains or even possible heroes for that point. But it wasn’t long before he escaped, fed up with that place. “You really think I was with them? You’ve got to be kidding me.” Scarlet spider said as he looked back at Invisible woman with narrowed eyes behind his mask.
“I was merely trotting down memory lane.” He explained. But before he could say anything else he noticed that Sue was getting angrier and a bit more hostile. He was curious to see what kind of powers she had besides the ones that she just used. Apparently it had something to do with energy or even invisible powers. But he wasn’t all that worried, it’d make things interesting.
“Look blonde. You may think there’s a fine line between good guys and the bad guys, you’re wrong. I call myself more of a vigilante. You see that building way in the distance.” He said pointing up to where she could see OsCorp. Oscorp was faint from where they were in New York City, but even the day time the bright building lit up so you couldn’t miss it. “So called ‘innocent’ people created what you see today. I was once a kid like you see roaming on the streets. But they turned me into a monster. So if you have anyone to blame, you have to blame the people that are walking among you.” Scarlet spider said as if he had gone on a rant. But she did need to be taught a lesson for ruining his fine day.
“If you want a fight so be it.” Kaine said as he cracked his knuckles and flexed them. “And I do have a name blonde, it’s called Scarlet Spider.” And without warning Scarlet released two sets of webbing, one from his right hand and the left both of them stuck on the side of the building as he raced forward with all of his might and prepared to jump. He was preparing himself for almost a wrestling like kick and he hoped it’d make at least one mark on the girl standing in his way. But he didn’t seem to mind the on lookers, it’d look good on the news to cause a little chaos. After all wasn’t that what Blackheart wanted?

Sue contemplated the next course of action and as arm police grew nearer she decided to tone it down a bit. The last thing she wanted was a fight, not when it wasn't needed and innocent people could be hurt. She was sure this Scarlett Spider was of no danger to her, she had taking down stronger foes and was sure he'd be no different. But she couldn't personal blame him if he hadn't committed the crime and it wouldn't be right in her book. If he was innocent he had a right to a fair hearing. " I'll hear you out," Sue lowered herself to his level and drew closer, " It's the curse, you want the life before you had these abilities back so much and yet you can't imagine not having them, we may not be so different,"As the police reached the truck Sue held her hand up informing them to stay away from the Scarlett Spider as she decided the fate. The police had a habit of jumping the gun and getting in over there heads. All it took was one loose cannon. She couldn't afford that. " I don't care about them and there work I will deal with when I have evidence. I only care about those who believe that these abilities give them the right to take what they wanted," as she floated around him in a circle she continued, " maybe your innocent, that is something we can discuss but not here, follow me and we shall talk. It's not an option."With them words Sue looked up and rose higher. Up and up she rose passing one floor after the next. There at the tip of a ledge out of reach by most, Sue sat down on a gargoyle head sticking out of a wall and waited for the Scarlett Spider. Taking the perfume out of her pocket she placed some upon her neck and wrists. <Tag Kaine Riley >

A curse? Yes his powers were a curse; it appeared Sue understood at least that much about the powered spider that stood there. But he realized as he skidded to a halt that she didn’t want to fight. He didn’t get her. First she cleared the area so the two could fight. And then all of a sudden she changed her mind? The part that did bother him a lot more, probably more than it showed was the part that she didn’t know so well about. He had pretty much forgotten about his past life before he had his powers. It was another sad sob story. So how could you want to go back to the life that you never had or never knew of? “Except you forgot about the part of the problem where I can’t remember my life before my powers, you could say I’m just one big mess.” Scarlet said.
But he was interested in at least telling her that he wasn’t apart of those three thugs that had gone through. They merely got tangled up in the same situation. He watched as the older woman disappeared, probably out of sight into a more private location away from the humans. But he didn’t care if the humans saw them or not.
As the police came forward it reminded of him in his times of Mexico where he preferred the term vigilante. The crooks down there were just as bad, and the police maybe were even worse. They pointed the gun at him more than once thinking they were involved. It was just a never ending circle. Her last few sentences seemed enticing enough; either get left here to where the Police could throw him in jail or one of those top secret super powered jails. Yeah that wasn’t probably the best idea.
Sighing, he climbed up a nearby wall from one of the buildings with relative ease as he hung on with the microscopic fibers that allowed him to stay up on it. He had plenty of time to work on his powers in OsCorp since they at least let him train there. It wasn’t long before he climbed up top to where the gargoyle was. It seemed to be looming over this part of New York with a rather toothy looking grin. He had no problem getting up to it as he sat not far from where Sue was as he looked at her through the mask that he was wearing. Kaine realized just how that she was a lot older than he was, the older teenager got a good look at her face too and there was a faint smell of perfume in the air that made him crinkle his nose a bit, how did anyone like that stuff?
“Well I’m here. Let’s talk. But I’m not here to be babied.” He said crossing his legs as he hung from a nearby rafter upside down and looked back at Sue as if he was waiting to hear some sort of chastising words, name calling and rude words. He heard plenty of that at Oscorp too.

As Sue sat there on the gargoyle head, her eyes just watched the city scape, no matter were you looked there was a story and all of them had a beginning to an end. Even hers, that one was still in the works and sometimes she wished she was able to read ahead.
" Even with all its wrongs, it's a beautiful city," she spoke softly," I apologise I judged you by your cover, I admit my mistake, even if the way you handled it was reckless."
Below the police car buzzed and flashed it lights as they took control of the scene. People below pointed and stared as the two talked away.
" The police are good people," Sue emphasized ," But they can be a bit jumpy when they see masked people they haven't seen before. So it is my hope that with us talking they won't decided to shoot at you next time you meet and you'll understand there not to be hurt at any cost. "
In away she felt sorry for him not remembering his past and still envied him at the same time so much because of it too. Some days she wished she could forget her past, all the pain and suffering inflicted upon her just washed away.
" What are we like, well," she spoke with a laugh in her throat as her eyes gazed into nothingness," The past haunts me too, but I can't stop forgetting and who knows maybe it good you don't..."
Suddenly Sue snapped out of it just realising what she was saying. Like clockwork every month she received a letter from her father, she had never opened them and instead she burned them. She was at that point in her life that she wanted nothing to do with her father. She had received a letter that morning and it was still at home waiting to be burnt.
" I'm sorry, that was rude and I'll mannered " a lump rose into Sues throat at memories flooded back to her, " This is my city, my connects and my people. I guessing your more then just here to swing down memory lane. Is it your past you seek answers for or something else. For the way I treated you, I offer my help."

Kaine had to admit, New York was an interesting town when you looked at it in a big wide details. Sure there were cracks in the pavement, in the walls, but he could oddly enough see himself living there one day. Maybe once he figured himself out, or maybe later on down the road once he hung up his anti heroism. Quite frankly he wasn’t sure what to call himself. Sue saw him almost as a good person, but he didn’t know what he was. A freak, yes that was one word that he’d do nicely with, that was one thing he could sum up rather quickly.
As Kaine sat there listening to Sue as she spoke, how this was her city, the civilians and the humans weren’t supposed to be harmed. But Kaine didn’t seem to care for their presence. “You know, when those civilians usually look at spiders they give them one look, scream and try to step on them with their shoes. Spiders have learned over time that they’re not welcome, so they hide waiting for prey to come to them. In a way I can relate, they take one look at me and scream, run the other way before they can even see who’s underneath the mask.” He said as he lifted his mask up only a bit to see that there was some pale skin underneath and bit of lip as well. “But they forget that I have emotions too.” He said with a sigh. Kaine looked up at the rafters as if studying something, he was listening to her as she spoke, but he ignored the crowd, some people waved at them or even pointed. But he didn’t like that spotlight one bit.
Kaine put his hand on the wall near it as he found something crawl onto it. He found a small ladybug that had been hiding as well. Well he figured with this cold weather it probably came up all the way up here to try and get some warmth. The critter crawled along his fingers, as if curious to figure out what it had just landed. You could say one thing that Kane had a gift for was empathy for insects. It wasn’t the nicest abilities that he had, but over the years he began to understand how these little critters worked. Carefully he cupped it in one hand as if cradling it seeing how fragile it was. Sue explained to him how this was her home and how the people here he cared for.
But the one thing that stunned him the most was he wanted to help. He was stunned.
No one had ever wanted to help him before or even batted him an eye, that’s why he took the loner way of life.
Deep inside he seemed to be in an inner turmoil, if Sue was able to work with the police, maybe he could find the answers he was looking for. But he realized it was a big risk, he’d be risking his identity that he used to walk across the street. He could be hurting people he didn’t even know that were close to the old Kaine Riley before this new one came in as Scarlet Spider. “You are right about me looking for answers on my past. I don’t know what I was before I became Scarlet Spider.”
“If you want to help…Look up the last name Riley in any database you can find.” He said. “That’s. R. I. L. E. Y.” He said. There was almost a bit of hope in him that she might be willing to help. But the other side didn’t trust her one bit. He’d go with her to make sure that she wasn’t about to make a mistake of blowing him over. “I suppose that’s a start.” He suggested. And Kaine took his risky chance. "But I understand if you don't want to help..." He muttered loud enough for her to hear him.

Sue couldn't help but feel for him, she had been down the dark path herself once when it seemed anger was only option and she knew it was a hard path to escape. Upon leaving the Fantastic Four Sue had turned to rage and anger. She had so much rage that at one point she returned to the Baxter Building to release her vengeance on Reed for the experiment that had ruined her life and was all set till a police detective interfered. It was that detective who helped her from making that big mistake. Instead she released her anger on petty thieves, drug pushers and changed it in to forming her own company. She had since turned things around and had now gotten on to a speaking terms with Reed. " You look like you need a friend," fixing herself Sue fixed her jacket, " Just after receiving my powers I had some dark moments and it was a detective who for no reason gave me what I needed. A person to trust and a friend."With that Sue decided it was time to leave and did a little jump off the gargoyle head. With that a number screams were heard from below. The sight of her jumping sent shock through the crowd, all but the police who were use to her antics just laughed it off. She blanked those below, instead given her full attention to the Scarlett Spider and with a invisible disc under her feet she rose to a level with the Scarlett Spider. " Follow me if you wish, I have a computer that can help, " looking him straight in the eyes she spoke softly, " someone once helped me when I needed someone most, so let me return it by helping you."Taking a business card out of her pocket with Storm industries on it, Sue wrote an address on the back to a high rise downtown. She wedged it into the gargoyle teeth. Storm industries was not the largest company, but with some prefect timing investments and backing of the right investors Sue had bought some key parts of Victors industries as it began to collapse. With that Sue dropped in hight and proceeded to head downtown to her high rise home. Once a home to Victor, now a home to Sue it was a high rise overlooking the shore line were she landed on a balcony and entered through the pure plans doors. It was a three story apartment with all the basics, from floor tiles to the kitchen sink it all had a white medical feel to it. On the third floor Sue had a private research lab to preform gene slicing and work beyond. The lab had one entrance and was were she did her private research. Sue took off her jacket and placed it over the pure white couch. She moved back to the balcony and waited to see if the Scarlett Spider would appear. As she waited she ran her hand up and down her arm feeling scares her father had gave her long ago while thinking of Victor. <tag Kaine Riley >

He may have not realized it then but the two of them may had more in common than they realized. They both believed their power were a curse, at least at one point in life. They also had scars, some mental and some physical for that matter. But what surprised him the most was the part that Sue had said, that he needed a friend. No matter where he went or what he did, he always found himself being left on the backburner or to show there was no one in the world who cared for him. He watched as Sue lept from the building which startled the viewers below, he could’ve probably made that jump himself with ease. He let the lady bug go back up towards its home on the top of the building seeing that it was time to leave for himself a well.
“A friend? That is hard to come by these days. But if you insist....” Scarlet Spider said but before he could say anything else, the woman left towards her home. But he was still fighting the problem at hand. She would know of hi past. But she wanted to help. Kaine really didn’t like this idea of asking for help from a total stranger. Didn’t kids these days know that getting help from strangers was a bad thing? Well he was weighing his odds, as the woman left; he noticed that the woman placed something in the gargoyle’s mouth. He came over towards it and took it carefully without damaging the fragile looking creature. It looked as if it had been up for about a couple of decades by now. He read the address that Sue left along with her name, and finding it shouldn’t be too hard in New York City.
“I’ll be right behind you.” He said watching her after she left. Carefully he swung from building to building with his red webbing. If anyone complained about it, that was their fault, usually the webbing wore off in a couple of hours, or if rain came it’d come off after the brief shower and degrade. It took him a couple of minutes to reach the home that Sue belonged too, however he couldn’t help but notice the look that Susan Storm’s building had from where he was on the roof, it sure was pretty.
He climbed down on the vertical side of the building looking in if he could spot sue and confirmed the address. “You’ve got one heck of a view from Manhattan here.” He said softly. “And I made it. Your building wasn’t that hard to find.” He said as he closed the window carefully behind him before sitting nearby waiting for her to talk or even come over to him if she wanted too. But for now his life and his past life was in Sue’s hands as they started to do the detective work. “I should apologize though, I’m not used to giving out such important information to really anyone like this before. I was nervous earlier…I wasn’t sure if I should trust you or not.” He said looking down at his feet a bit. If she really was trying to help, he’d notice it soon enough.
Ooc: Ok hopefully this isn’t too bad. I figured Kaine’s parents are NPCed at the most part but I planned on them maybe finding a newspaper article that Mr. And Mrs. Riley had a plane crash over Florida while they were going to a business conference, and are deceased. Then maybe find a runaway picture or notice? I hope this isn’t too bad or we could think of some other way of showing his past.

With the arrival of the Scarlett Spider Sue turned back to the main room, the room had white furniture with cream walls and lining the walls were paintings of New York. The three seated white couch sat in the middle of the room facing a large photo of Sue and Victor before they got there abilities. Kicking her shoes off next to the front door, Sue placed on some fluffy bunny slippers and took a tablet that was linked to the main computer in her home off the coffee table. Standing beside the couch the photo of her and Victor quickly changed to a computer screen. Straight away with a few taps Sue began her search, than another small screen appeared next it and than another. She placed the tablet down upon the coffee table and while the computer did it's Search's on a number of networks she proceeded in to the kitchen to make herself some Lemon tea. Placing it upon a tray, she also went to the fridge and took out two bottles of fizzy cola. From the cupboard she took a hand full of chocolate bars. Putting them all on the tray she went back into the main room.
"Some sugar for you," placing the tray on the coffee table she picked the tablet back up," I'm guessing by the makeup of your body and abilities you process. Well you don't seem the tea drinker, like my brother I'd say you need sugar for a boost."
Sitting back in the couch, Sue watched as one after another search turned up empty and leaving Sue to ponder that maybe the government and police data bases were no use. Remaining quiet Sue took a sip of her tea and then began a hour long search through the systems till finally a lead appeared on a small Parish Church online news letter in Texas. A photo of a crashed plane and a paragraph of the story lay on the screen about a Texas born pilot who had crashed a plane in Florida. It was the Mr and MS Riley that grabbed her attention. It was a shot in the dark that this could be the people he was looking for, but she went with it. Placing the story on one of the side screens Sue spoke,
" Go through the article and see if there is any useful information, wave your hand in front of the screen as a mouse. "Sue sat up from the couch and began to become interested when more leads began to show. With the story as reference, Sue quickly found the number of the plane. It wasn't long before Sue came up with an full passage list in a file from same Sheriff office at the same church parish. With a few taps a map appeared of the town, as Sue had guessed it was a backward town with one road in and more than likely poor internet connection to the wide world. She quickly wondered if someone could of erased details of these people and missed this town.
From across the room Sues phone floated over to her, with out touching it she dialed a number, grabbing hold of it she placed it to her ear with her hand.
" Hey Karl, it's Sue and I'v sent yours story of a plane crash. " With the phone to her ear she listened as he spoke for a minute," Yes, never taught of that. OK thanks. "
Just as quick as Karl hung up Sue once again began to type away after receiving some helpful advice on how to proceed. This time she went back to the Texas Sheriff file to reveal an address the bodies were sent to. That was were the line ended, the hospital the bodies were sent to were one long known to be funded by OSCORP.
" If I look through there data base, I'd probably come across nothing of use, just trouble to my door," with a finally tap all the information began to print out on a printer on a book shelf across the far side of the room" Are next bet I'd say would be to check the files in the hospital first hand."
As Sue approach the printed files, one she had over looked on the computer stood out, a missing persons for the Child of Mr and MS Riley with the rest of the Sheriffs files. Without speaking she handed the missing person picture to the Scarlett Spider. She was damned if she was finished yet.

Kaine wasn’t that unfamiliar with Coffee as Sue came over to give him some. But he really didn’t drink it that much, with an accelerated healing factor most drugs or even something like caffeine or alcohol went right through him pretty quickly before being cleared up through his system. That’s why usually a drug had to have strong potential on him, so if he did drink poison he was glad that it wasn’t going to be the death of him. “Well I do have a healing factor…most drugs don’t affect me a whole lot unless it’s a rather strong dose.” He explained. “But thanks for the drink.” He added as he took a sip. It was a nice and hot drink which had been perfect for this kind of weather outside, it had been bitterly cold these past couple of months.
It took a little bit as he waited patiently with the coffee that Sue had offered him earlier. He waited patiently but he had this odd feeling go off as he thought about things. This wasn’t his spidey sense going off but he had a feeling that this search that Sue was performing had something bad going on with it. It was almost something he didn’t want to see and dreaded. It didn’t take long for her to call him over and let him have the chair, and gave him instructions on how to use the computer as well. He sat down, and began to read the article, and it was right then and there that his heart began to sink. His parents had been dead all of this time? But how did he end up in Oscorp while they were gone. The plane crash was brutal, as he looked at it he almost wanted to slam the computer on the ground but he held back his anger and instead formed a fist on his right hand.
“So the truth is out my parents are dead and have been dead for some time now. This solves a bit of my questions but not everything. Oscorp must have taken advantage of an orphaned child with no home, and they did just about the worst thing to him.” He said with a sigh as he waited for more heart breaking news. Sue opened up her phone and called someone, assuming it was the Sherriff of the police department that had been there on the news report. Sue then handed something he thought he’d never see an image of himself as a child. He opened it up carefully seeing on the front with the marked files as Missing and there was a child of about 10 years old with brown hair and fair skin, not to mention the brown eyes.
“Well I see resemblance. This is definitely me. But this was about ten years ago.” Kaine said almost saying it with hesitation. Carefully he took off his mask thinking this was probably be something that he’d never do in his life time. As he took off his mask some familiar features around the jaw line, the noise and not to mention the brown eyes. But his right eye had a deep scar covering it from when he had attempted to disobey Oscorp several times in his time of being captured there. “Kaine Riley is Scarlet Spider. The missing kid that you see here in the photo is me.” He said with it as he shook his hair a bit as the brown hair fell into his face. Though the teenager had matured quite a bit, he grew up to be an interesting young adult, and he had potential but not with the spider venom running through his veins.

Sue stood there for a second as Kain finally introduced himself and all she could say was,
" Susan Storm, The Invisible Woman is what they call me," sitting on the edge of the couch she continued, " For some, just know the fate of their parents would be enough, but I'm starting to think your the tip of the iceberg here. "
Walking over to balcony Sue just watched out over the city and couldn't help but wonder if she should leave him here or help him out for a little longer.
" There's questions," she spoke as she crossed her arms still looking out on the city," Like why is there so little information on your parents is the main one? I now how the gene's work and for something like this, your not going to just take a random person off the street. Not when your a money hungry OSCORP and want a good investment. OSCORP knew your parents I'd say, they ..." Sue turned to Kaine as if suddenly been hit by the answer," The hospital Saint Anna's, were your parents bodies were taken to."
Moving back to the other side of couch Sue picked up the tablet and typed in a new search. The result send shivers down her spine. Across the screens missing persons appeared, on the opposite screen were medical reports of the same people and to seal any doubt was the name of the Doctor Warren on medical reports.
" O crap," Sue said as death records began to appear," You weren't the first, I know that name, he's a geneticist and some of these people are still missing. You they must of erased cause they lost control of you,"
For a minute Sue just sat there thinking of a plan," So what's the plan Kaine ?"

Kaine sighed; he usually was the guy who came up with some sort of idea of a plan, on other times he managed to improvise. On this one, he didn’t know what he wanted to do. He wanted to see his parent’s grave possibly that would confirm their death’s first hand in his mind. And another side of him wanted to smash the faces of the Oscorp scientists into the wall, or even cut into their skin with his stingers that came from his palms. Yes it was violent, but he wanted every part of his anger to be let out if he saw them. He hated them with a passion for the way he treated them. If Spider-Man were here he’d probably not do anything like that, he’d probably get them arrested for their bad crimes, but there was a news flash, Kaine wasn’t Spider-Man he was Scarlet Spider who didn’t believe in the phrase “With Great Power comes Great Responsibility.”
“…Sue… I’m not sure what to do.” He admitted. “If we go to visit the hospital to try and talk to the doctor I can’t go as Scarlet Spider while walking through there. It’d be weird. And not to mention I’d lose more than half my webbing if I were to swing myself there. It’s just too far.” He said with a defeated sigh. Though he could go as Kaine, and ask about his parents.
“To be honest this is a shock to me, a shock to my system that this had happened to my family. They were about as innocent as they could be yet they wound up dead.” He said with a sigh. “But I bet Oscorp covered a lot of it up. They try to remove as many bread crumbs as they can find and throw it in the trash.” He admitted.
“Maybe a start… is Sue we could at least be friends? I hardly have any, and we can blame my loner personality for that. I’m sorry if I act pushy at times or anything I like being left alone. In this great city I’m probably one of the few out there who would prefer not being in a crowd or even going to parties. Crowds bother the heck out of me a lot.” He admitted but he sounded hopeful towards Sue if she’d take it or not on being his friend. Heay, he’d try to back her up if she needed it, but from the looks of things she looked like an independent woman herself. The only problem was, he wouldn’t admit that he was currently working with a dark evil team that had evil ambitions right away.
