Personality:Hybrid is a unique individual who seems to be of a single person but is actually four in one, giving him something akin to multiple personality disorder with each of the personalities having some things in common while other times they are unique to themselves. The most they agree on is being protective, aggressive, stubborn, and sticking to their own code of justice. They are not necessarily heroes nor are they villains, but best described as an anti-hero in some sense.
The most aggressive of Hybrid's persona is Riot. This part is prone to violent, berserker out bursts that makes Hybrid a danger to friend and foe alike as in this state he is literally a blood lust filled monster who will go on a rampage. He is angry, extremely violent, and sadistic, making anyone near him a likely target and making him extremely difficult to calm down.
Phage is his next persona, being aggressive and violent but is more due to a quick and hot temper than a sadistic, cruel side. Yes he is cruel, but he is the most blunt, crude, and irritable of the personalities and has a biting attitude. He prefers working alone and has no qualms in harming others, though he is not nearly on the level of Riot.
Agony would be the next personality, and only female counterpart for Hybrid who will take on a more feminine tone. This one is a mix of being clever, level headed, and fierce to being insane, violent, and crude. She is the most likely to be overly protective and lash out when angered, though this due more to annoyance than anything and is one of the two who can be reasoned with, although sometimes she may turn into a second Riot if pushed hard enough.
Lasher is the final personality and the most sensible. He is Hybrid's voice of reason, clever, calm, and most easy-going than the rest. He is violent to some degree but is more willing to grant mercy and try to follow a hero's path than his siblings, and is usually the one trying to keep the other three in check and bring a more peaceful, non-violent aspect to Hybrid. He is easily the most easy one to plan, talk, and work with than others.
Appearance: Hybrid stands at about 5'9" with a muscular, toned, lean build that he usually takes for his human state. In fact, Hybrid retained the body shape and build of his deceased host Scott Washington and appears to be a man in a skin tight black and red suit. But this suit is actually his inorganic, amorphous form that can be solid or in a liquid goo-like state and can be altered at will. The red of his form can change based on the persona in place which is blue for Riot, yellow for Phage, purple for Agony, and green for Lasher while retaining the black part of his form. The only contrast is his white eyes with a blood red sharply pointed outline and bone-white clawed hands and feet. Though he also sometimes show signs of a fanged mouth though even when speaking this tends to be hidden and a prehensile tongue.

History: For someone who does not know Hybrid they will discover that his past is scattered and hard to read, much less finding a tortured, scattered mind rarely completely at peace and whole. The symbiotes that make up Hybrid each come from Klyntar who had been part of it's hive mind and generally peaceful creatures compared to say that of the symbiote that would become Venom. In fact, the four decided to come together to travel the universe in search of their own hosts who could help defend the galaxy as honorable warriors as they often did. To do so, they hitched a ride on an asteroid bound to the Milky Way and eventually made a fateful crash landing on Earth.
The ride through orbit though weakened the four symbiotes within due to the heat, leaving them vulnerable when they were found by a scientist who observed the entry and detected the unusual signs of life. Excited, the symbiotes were brought to a lab in Russia to undergo several tests to determine what or who the symbiotes were. Eventually though, the Russian government got word of these unusual malleable aliens and immediately ordered them to be shaped into weapons,especially to create super soldiers when it was discovered they could form a symbiotic relationship with other life forms, something discovered by accident when one of the four became scared and bonded to a scientist. But the bonding was brief and the four were kept separated and put through several painful, agonizing experiments that not only altered their genetic code but also their personalities to some extent.
This didn't help when they were forcibly bonded to various soldiers and civilians to test them each time, being imprinted by some of these various personalities. Eventually though, the facility was broken into by SHIELD who found the symbiotes and disposed of their then current hosts who were abusing them and took them to the Vault to be examined. One guard though witnessed Riot break free and also break out his companions, the four deciding to merge together for the benefit of survival and briefly bonding with Scott Washinton, the guard who witnessed their break out and eventually letting being let go. But Washington's part in letting out a potential threat caused him to be fired and return to Brooklyn's rough neighborhoods and nearly ending up severely damaged if not for the four Symbiotes coming to his aid, seeking a host for the time being.
Following in bonding to the man, the symbiotes became Hybrid, a vigilantee who handled the rough neighborhood as an unofficial hero, often having to fight off his bouts of anger. But one incident against the locale Eazy X Gang led to Scott being pushed over the edge due to seeking revenge for his deceased brother and Riot taking over as a result, ending with the savage murder of the gang members and drawing the attention of SHIELD who had closed in on the man. That same night Hybrid was forcibly removed from Washington who was taken into custody while the symbiote was taken into SHIELD to be questioned. Though they agreed to work for SHIELD they refused to bond with another, revealing their ability to go without a host and working as a covert agent for them for five years before hearing of Scott being murdered in jail by one of the Eazy X Gang members.
Devastated by the loss Hybrid went rogue and sought out vengeance for the first time on it's own, slipping into the prison to kill the gang member before slipping out and making it look like it was a shank attack by another violent inmate. Avoiding potential capture, Hybrid eventually came to Los Angeles, California where he has struck up a job in taking out the criminals here and often using the look and alias of his deceased host Scott Washington. That was until recently that SHIELD figured out his whereabouts, deciding to send someone of similar abilities and style of handling the hero gig which happened to be Miguel O'Hara who himself is not from this time. Though it took a lot of convincing, Hybrid agreed to return to SHIELD to become a mentor to the Web Warriors and under the promise to continue his own activities.
Super Powers:
Klyntar Physiology: As a member of the Klyntar race, Hybrid is made of inorganic, amorphous, constituent matter of which he can control at will. He can take any shape he can imagine, often with a host due to his race tending to have a symbiosis with other beings and being quite adaptive to most things. It is this sort of malleability that has allowed him to take on a human shape but unlike others he has evolved from the experiments done to the four symbiotes making up his being to go without a host. As a result of this physiology he has been granted several abilities:
+Advanced Constituent Matter Manipulation: Hybrid can control his form literally on a whim and as he sees fit. He can shrink or enlarge himself to expanding or deforming, literally altering his form to what he imagines. He can create tendrils to form extra limbs or create constructs out of his own material that can work as sentient and separate from him, being used for a variety of things. He can make projectiles, blunt weapons, blades, or whips, the last three being favored by Riot, Phage, and Lasher respectively. This makes the material exceptionally versatile and he has even began using it to form webs, nets, etc when out fighting his own battles.
+Superhuman Physical Attributes: Hybrid's physiology has also granted him several superhuman capabilities. His musculature, skeletal structure, and connective tissue are strong than the average human making him durable to superhumans and powerful impact forces to being able to lift ten tons without strain. He can run faster than any human with being able to move at 60 mph while he has a far greater reaction time than normal humans. His agility, balance, and coordination are likewise beyond an Olympic level athlete and far greater stamina, being able to go for a few days without rest, sleep, eating, or the like during strenuous physical activities until fatigue toxins impair him.
+Metabolic Acid Generation/Chemical Absorption: Hybrid can use his metabolism, a power from Agony, in which to form an acidic coating over his skin and also spit out as a projectile which can reach little over fifteen feet and melts most materials. He can also easily metabolize chemicals that strike him and go unharmed by a vast majority.
+Flight: Hybrid is capable of creating membrane like wing appendages that allow him to fly at speeds of 150 mph. The membranes are light but strong enough to carry his weight and allow him to carry one other passenger.
+Wall-Crawling: Due to the material Hybrid is created from and his claws alone he is capable of moving along all surfaces with ease and works in a similarity to a spider.
+Camouflage/Limited Shapeshifting: Hybrid is also capable of mimicking his surroundings by the use of altering his coloration to match that of his surroundings or temporarily alter his form to look like another person or creature for a short time.
Weaknesses:
+Like the majority of Klyntar, Hybrid is exceptionally weak to intense heat and sonic waves, which generally causes him to become weak or begin to lose shape and making him less than a threat.
+Unlike most Kylntar Hybrid has found a break through in not needing a host, but due to the lack of one he is generally weaker than most other Symbiotes which makes him have to rely on his cleverness and unique abilities to gain an upperhand on stronger foes.
+Hybrid's four personalities can be a strength and a weakness, most often they can prove to be a great asset in formulating plans within his mind and effectively using his various abilities they are best suited to but they also can tend to bicker and disagree while others have their own issues that make Hybrid a liability in a group, especially with the varying levels of violence his forms lean towards.
+If one has a danger sense, Hybrid doesn't share an immunity for not being detected. Others can easily detect his presence if they pay attention or can figure out where he is coming from depending on the level of accuracy their danger sense is.

Roleplaying Sample: Hybrid crouched on the corner of the building, staring down at the busy late night streets of Los Angeles. It may have been night time now, late in the evening in fact, but that didn't mean the city slept so there was always something going on. Sirens went off every night, people honking their horns and yelling to the ones taking forever in front of them, and those going out to night scene were always bustling. Yea, there was always something, always some form of activity whether it was good or bad. Los Angeles was never a city short of something happening every night. Which in speaking of something bad...
A few loud shots rang out from a building a few blocks down, causing Hybrid to finally snap his attention away from the busy streets and towards the sound. Another shot and this time a scream causing him to narrow his white eyes slightly, quickly taking off from the spot he had sat frozen for almost an hour without moving a muscle save for the occasional twitch of the writhing mass that made up his inorganic form. A few leaps across the buildings though soon had him at the origin of the disturbance, a small business that worked late into the night being held up by some thugs, heavily armed and demanding who knew what. Merchandise, money, it could be anything and from the cry of a woman it probably wasn't anything overly pleasant.
"Always something." Hybrid muttered in his usual masculine voice as he quickly went into action, jumping down from the roof to land on the man just outside, snarling towards the second gunman who turned and by reaction began to fire. The bullets hurt, causing a ripping pain that made him inwardly cringe but his form began to go back to normal shape as he growled and sent two of his tentacles forward with enough force to knock the man off his feet. The other he kept pinned with his strength while firing projectiles from the same tendrils that had knocked the second man down to strike two more from behind, catching the smell of blood as they struck their mark.
This was just a typical night for the likes of Hybrid and this city was crawling with such creeps, some even more dangerous than simple thugs who bought weapons on the black market. And from the look of shock and terror on his victims' faces he could already tell this wasn't going to last long.
