Personality: Like any person Harry has had his fair share of mistakes in life and often times it lead to drugs but he quickly realized the mistake that he made with them and moved on. He has genius intellect that he inherited from his father, but over the last few years he has tried to distance himself from what his father did and become his own man. He doesn't want to consider himself to be the man that his father was. With the reputation looming over him, he is doing his best to try and become his own person and perhaps a hero one day. Right now Harry doesn't seem to have the confidence as some heroes do in becoming a full time hero. Harry has to help run the company as his father may leave it to him one day and he need to be ready to take over Oscorp.
Appearance: Harry weighs 170 pounds, and is five foot ten inches. He has brown hair and blue eyes that are a bit surprising, they almost look like ice. He usually keeps his hair down a bit short to keep it tame even in the worst of conditions outside. Harry often is seen in buisness suits when he is busy working for Oscorp as he is helping his father so he understands the ranks of Oscorp. Whatever happens he may have to find his own path in the world if Norman is around for awhile longer. Still Harry remains going to school and soon maybe to college so he can get a degree.

History: Born to Norman Osborn and Emily Lyman, his father soon became estranged by his wife, she left Harry in Norman's care as the other man was working on Oscorp to become a wealthy buisness man. Over the years Harry began to dislike his father for hardly be around, and his attempts for being called a father were almost terrible. When they did spent time together it was often in silence, the two never got along even at a young age. At this point, Harry was pretty aware of what was going on.
One afternoon while Harry was about 17 years old he happened to encounter one of the dangerous symbiotes, he did everything he could to try and keep it away from getting to him but nothing worked. Eventually something scared Toxin off and he really was never able to figure out what it was. Harry managed to contain the sample of toxin that fell off of the symbiote into a jar. After doing a few experiments on the piece of Toxin that was left behind the symbiote started to form with Harry. He at first didn't like the idea and it scared him. He resisted and tried to get the symbiote off of him, but the two formed into an armor that is simliar to Agent Venom's. The two bonded almost instantly in a matter of seconds.
After gradually getting used to the symbiote form, Harry thought he could do a lot more than just use it for his own benefits. He quickly went out on the streets to try and help others. At first he really wasn't that good at it as he lost several of the villains in fights. But he was a quick learner and began to figure things out with the help of Toxin. He seems to be doing fine. He has no ambition of joining a team but he is aware that there are other heroes and villains out there. And he hopes that he doesn't tangle with the wrong side of things here with them. Though he isn't quite looking forward to it but he knows that he needs to go to college soon and he may be away while some of the crimes go on in New York. He realizes New York isn't as safe as a haven as Oscorp is sometimes.
Super Powers:
+Super Human Strength: It seems when Toxin is angry he can grow in size and strength thanks to his matter generation. He can at least lift up to 40 tons easily. Though this may very. If it were just Harry alone he wouldn't be able to lift near as much.
+Super Human Speed: He can move or run faster than a normal human being.
+Super Human Stamina: Toxin can run for about 48 hours before tiring. He has been able to stay out longer than most humans before growing exhausted.
+Super Human Agility: He is much faster than the normal human being, some symbiotes are very fast and can keep up at a much faster pace.
+Super Human Reflexes: His reflexes are much faster than any normal human. He is able to dodge things like bullets or even on coming objects or weapons that are thrown at him.
+Super Human Durability: Toxin is a bit more resistant towards other spider heroes. The tissues that are made up of the alien's body is much stronger than humans. Harry can withstand a barrage of bullets, and blows from other super human beings, and remain unharmed. He also has a resistant to a certain amount of pain allowing him to survive fights that might as well kill him or other humans.
+Genetic Memory: The symbiote possesses some memory projection. It is able to contain information from its hosts, It also has a feet of touching another symbiote or human and can read their memories. It can however be forced to forget some memory if the symbiote is forced and inflicted with heavy trauma.
+Offspring Detection: Toxin can detect his offspring without much effort. But this can be blocked if they have immunity towards detection.
+ESP Spidey Sense: The Alien can detect danger from almost any side or situation. It seems to be a lot more efficient than some of the other spider heroes, and alerts him before he becomes attacked or is in danger.
+Immunity to Spidey Sense: Like other spider heroes or villains, Toxin has the ability to hide from other spiders. So the danger ESP will not be able to detect his presence.
+Matter Generation: Toxin can manipulate his matter and change it with his own will. Some examples as this include turning his hands or feet into spikes or weapons that can help enhance his attacks in a fight.
+Accelerated healing Factor: Toxin has a healing factor that can heal most major impacted wounds. However if a hand or a limb is cut off or sliced off it can't grow back.
+Camouflage Capabilities: The symbiote is able to immitate anything around it like clothing, people or even buildings around it. This allows it to blend in almost like a chameleon.
+Wall Crawling: Toxin has the ability to cling to any surface. He can rapidly climb, walk, run or slide across a surface even if it is wet.
+Webbing Generation: Toxin can produce an unlimited amount of organic webbing that appears to be blue and red. This webbing will wear off in an hour or to once Toxin has left it. This webbing is generally very sticky and durable.
+Poisonous Fangs: When exposed, Toxin's large mouth can open and bite down sending a poison through their body and can also intimidate foes who are easily scared. This poison is often deadly and can kill.
+Tracking: Using a scent like "smell" with Toxin he can track just about anything, it includes anything that isn't another symbiote. If a symbiote is present nearby it'd be easy to track them too.
Weaknesses:
+Loner: Harry is often viewed as a loner since he doesn't have too many friends. He usually isn't able to keep them for long so he has left himself as a loner for the most part. But it is likely that he'd join a team if they can go on the side of good.
+Symbiote: The symbiote is on and off Harry on his own free will. If Harry goes unconscious he'll loose his ability to merge with the symbiote and basically become human again.
+Sounds/Heat: The Symbiote Toxin has a weakness towards heat and sound. Any large decibel amount of sound will probably kill or even weaken the symbiote to a very damaged or vulnerable point.
+Symbiote Inhibitor Drugs: There are some drugs if you can get your hands on them can inhibit the symbiote for a few hours. It seems that it can last up to five or six hours in weakening Toxin so he can no longer move or even merge.
