Personality: Pietro has been known to be stubborn and protective towards Wanda, but also caring at the same time. The young mutant has been through tough times and has seen how dark things could be in the past. His super human speed allows him to think rather quickly, he can think so rapidly and so fast that it allows him to determine a move from another person before they can even get their weapons out and fire. Pietro's quick thinking has made it also a challenge for telepaths to try and read his thoughts, but some very strong and tough ones could probably get into his mind. Pietro has also a 'fast talk' where he can sometimes seem like he is talking a mile a minute. This can often be confusing for others to try and understand him, and they may ask him to slow himself down. Pietro has also wondered about his father, but has not made an attempt to really dig into his past all that much. Maybe one day he will, but right now he has no ambition to take a look into it.
Appearance: Pietro stands at 6"0' high and weighs 175 pounds. He has bright blue eyes and has white hair. What makes his hair so unusual is that he has a whisp towards it like it has been blown back by the wind. PIetro doesn't seem to mind this style of hair as it makes him unique. He also has two bangs that are apart from the rest of his hair that often fall into face. Pietro's costume looks like a lightning bolt is going down the front and is often seen in either a dark green suit or a dark blue suit depending on his mood for it.

History:
Pietro and Wanda were born in Wungador Mountains as a mysterious woman appeared to the High Evolutionary where she was heavily pregnant. She soon gave birth to twins which she named Wanda and Pietro. Before their mother could do anything else really, she later left Wungador and disappeared into the mountains where she froze to death. The High evolutionary quickly found a home for the twins knowing he couldn't take care of them. He found a gypsy family named Django and Marya Maximoff who lost their two children earlier. They Maximoffs happily adopted the twins into the family.
Over the years however, things turned bad for the family as the Maximoffs were close to starving, and their father Django was forced to steal food. At one point he was caught while doing this as an angry mob started to form, Wanda and Pietro quickly fled. This was when Pietro's powers started to develop as he sped out with "lightning fast speed." to get away from the mob before they could attack him and his sister. This was actually the last time that the twins would see their adopted family again.
For some time, Wanda and Pietro lived on the lands, and survived with what skills they had. Pietro was always defending his sister no matter where they went because of his powers. They seemed to cause accidents or disasters, her powers were often hard to control. But Pietro did his best to try and protect her where ever they went no matter what the cause. He wasn't going to let her become a victim of a terrible mob that went bad.
Soon Pietro and Wanda quickly heard about the Avengers, a group that had been formed by SHIELD. Curious to see what the team was like, Pietro went to the United States with Wanda for a better life, and hoping that they would at least be a bit more tolerant there of the mutants unlike other parts of the world would've been. Pietro quickly joined, but he is letting his sister decide if she wants to join the team or not, after all it is her own will also. So far, he seems to have fit in pretty well uses the forces of his speed to help the greater good.
Super Powers:
Speed Physiology: Pietro's body is adapted towards the rigors of running that will impact him. His cardiovascular system and respiratory are much more efficient than a human's is. He metabolizes his calories much faster than a human being at 95% times better. The chemical process of Quicksilver's body in muscles are so highly enhanced that his body does not generate fatigue poisons. His body constantly expels waste through accelerated respiration through exhalation. His joints are smoother and lubricated more efficiently than humans. His tendons are also very strong. His bones are much more stronger than calcium as they are able to withstand shocks and blows given to him by running. Pietro's reaction time is much faster than a regular human being and the speed at which a human's brain processing is much faster as well.
Super Human Speed: Pietro can run at the speed of sound which is 770 miles per hour. Quicksilver has used his powers for various feats, including plucking an arrow out of the sky, and he has dodged machine gunfire. He can create cyclone gust force winds and he is able to knock a full grown man off of his feet. He can run on various surfaces including vertical surfaces and run across water.
Enhanced Durability: His body is capable of withstanding tremendous impacts of forces on that could easily crush or kill a human.
Super Human Reflexes: Pietro's reaction time is must faster than a normal human being. His brain functions at super human speeds, everything he perceives moves slower than him. It appears as if he can dodge fast moving attacks or weapons coming his way and give him enough time to move before he is injured by them.
Accelerated Metabolism: His rate of metabolism is fifteen times of a normal human being. Thus he has been able to live much longer than the normal human and heal injuries that he receives much faster. Although it is not to be confused with a Healing Factor.
Superhuman Stamina: Pietro's enhanced physiology grants him greater stamina than of a human being. he can operate for several hours before growing tired. The max amount of time he has been able to complete is about 10 hours before exhausting himself and forcing himself to rest.
Superhuman Agility: His super human agility grants him greater balance and as well as flexibility.
Superhuman Strength: Quicksilver possesses super human strength where he is able to lift 10000 pounds with his hands, and with his legs he can lift 1 ton.
Molecular Acceleration: One of the feats that his super human speed has granted him to is use molecular acceleration. He has the ability to vibrate his molecular structure at incredibly fast speeds. Often times he has been able to use this ability to destruct items, dismantle them, and also causing them to explode while he's in contact with them.
Weaknesses:
Exhaustion: Pietro is like a normal human being, at times he will exhaust himself and need to rest. He usually can go about ten hours while using his super human speed and needs to rest. He has been able to push himself at times a bit further than that, but he is often pushing himself on the brink of collapse.
Super Human speed: It appears that Pietro's limitation in speed is a weakness, he can only go about 770 miles an hour and someone could go faster than him and beat him. (This would be a big blow to him on his pride).
Family: Family has been an important matter to Pietro. He is close to Wanda and is very protective of him, and it will likely be the same if he finds himself around other family members in friends. But if you don't get approved by him, Pietro is likely not to forgive your or trust you afterwards. If something were to happen to Wanda, he'd go to the ends of the Earth to try and find her, even set up a deal if it is needed.
Stubborn: Though not really a super hero weakness, Pietro is stubborn and will often not listen to many options. Wanda may be able to change his mind and let him see the reason towards the thoughts there. But it's really hard to say who he'd trust with changing his mind so easily
