It had been some time since Kaine had visited Los Angeles, in fact he hadn't been here in a couple of weeks. The Scarlet Spider was known to travel about and do some loner type jobs, he really wasn't a big fan of working together in teams unless he was forced too. The red suited villain found himself resting upside down on a roof top like part of a sky scraper as he watched the evening as it strolled on, it was pretty quiet, but he did notice that LA was a bit different than New York. He figured staying away from that area might be a good idea for now, he was quietly gathering up data for Susan Storm and it was a fair amount. But he tried to act natural while he was under the radar...
...and so he began to think about things again. He really wasn't doing well with this whole 'team work' job. Scarlet like many spiders perferred to work a lone. "I really hate to think it like this way. But I wonder if I'm better off leaving." He said knowing thinking outloud might bring unwanted ears but where he was, he doubted anyone would hear him all the way up there.
As night strolled on Kaine sighed as he sent out a lash of webbing out to a nearby building, he got enough force to swing forward as he pulled himself through the air as he went through Los Angeles. It was unusually warm in this part of the country and he didn't seem to mind that. He couldn't see any stars tonight as he looked up above seeing all the light pollution. He was really on patrol looking around to see if there was anything to do. But one thing was for sure, Scarlet wasn't about to jump in and save someone. He was stubborn, rough around the edges, and maybe a bit of a jerk too. Very few actually knew that he was pretty quiet and alone in side, but he wasn't about to try and hurt anyone that was close.
That was probably what made him different than the others, and not to mention his red suit stood out than the rest. "Why do I even bother. New York sees better crime and super villains than this place." He thought to himself as he put out his hand ready to swing forward once more.
