Super Powers:
Super human Strength: With his own biology, Loki is able to lift up to 50 tons. It is possible however, that he can lift up to a further amount of strength through sorcery or enchantments that he can think of. This is usually temporary but he has been shown to destroy a building with his strength.
Super Human Dense Tissue: Loki's bodily tissue is roughly 3 times the density of the same tissues of a normal human.
Super Human Durability: The tissues of Loki's body are very durable, and he can equal the average asgardian male. He has been able to use his magical abilities to withstand injuries that would probably kill him. He is able to withstand heavy rounds of bullets, he has been able to withstand powerful forces or impacts, such as another super being throwing heavy punches at him, he has survived from falling from great heights, exposure to temperature extremes, and also powerful energy blasts without being injured.
Super Human Stamina:
Super Human Regenerative Healing Factor: Loki can still obtain injuries, but his healing factor has been able to regenerate at a much faster rate than a normal human being's. Through the use of sorcery he has been able to show that he can heal himself much, much faster. His healing abilities are so impressive and complicated, that he has been able to reattach damaged or injured limbs. Even in one fantastic feat, Loki has been able to reattach his own head back to his body.
Super Human Longevity: Loki's asgardian physiology has granted him a longer life. Loki hasn't aged in some time with his asgardian physiology but he can still age, it could probably mean that Loki is about 400 years old, appear not even to be a day past 45 years old, and look pretty young. Loki'
Sorcery: Loki has an ability to use a great amount of mystical abilities for a variety of purposes. He can use his magic to enhance his own powers such as enhancing his own strength, or speed to help him in a fight. Loki's magical abilities are also telekinetic where he can lift objects with his own will. His other known abilities include firing powerful beams of concussive force, generating high force fields, or he can even teleport himself across Earth or other worlds at will.
Pisonics: Loki has pisonic abilities, although the full limits aren't fully known how he is able to do this. He has been able to project his thoughts telepathically against a great lengths. He also has the ability to use hypnotic type spells and cause others to fall into a trance or even hypnotize them to do his bidding. He also can communicate with beings telepathically but it seems that he mostly uses this to control others.
Shape-Shifting: Loki has the ability to shape shift, he can turn into other people or even other animals when he chooses to do so. Loki has been able to change into a feminine version of himself or even others around him to try and blend in or fool others, they can possibly let their guard down in this situation. He can usually last in this form for a decent amount of time, at least ten hours.

+Allspeak: Loki has the gift of the Allspeak which allows him to speak multiple languages from all the nine realms. He can understand and communicate with others that do not speak english.
Weaknesses:
Magic Limitations: It was said that Loki's magic is weakened when he comes to earth/Midgard. So if he truly wants his magical abilities to me made he will flee to Asgard. Also Loki usually has a scepter with him at all times, if that is taken away from his power will be weakened.
Inferiority and Superiority Complex: Loki has always been in a constant struggle with Thor, he wants to be the best, and the stronger one of the two. But usually his stubborn and arrogant ways get the best of him as he ends up loosing what opportunity he has. This constant struggle has been going on for thousands of years. Loki has burned many bridges because of this complex but he has always managed to stay on top for a short period of time.
