They better return in 10 hours. This was going to be a long night as he watched the helicopter that had dropped him off on in one of the nearby tree tops that he clung to with one hand. Why did they seem to think this was a good idea for a young SHIELD agent to try and find something that was a myth or a legend? Apparently this creature was extinct in his world, with the large New York skylines and futuristic view there was no way something like that would be able to live there for long. There was nothing but untamed wilderness in this part of Canada. In fact he wasn't entirely sure where he was at this point, there was a frost covering on the ground from where the snow had just fallen.
"Great. Just great." Miguel said under his breath as he looked around trying to figure out where he was. Anything a sign of life, or a fire that showed that humans were living there. But there was none of that, apparently he had been dropped out into the middle of no where Canada. Before he tried even thinking about panicking, Miguel quickly began to use his eyesight to dart around the trees, he'd be able to pick up anything that moved or was out of place from the shadows.
He did begin to move closer down to the ground to where he thought he saw something in his infrared vision that stood out. A pale red was there as he wanted to make sure it wasn't some human being lost out in the woods. If they were lost too, he could at least ty ro help them before they encountered this mythical like creature. Miguel jumped off the tree as he landed on his feet and with one hand on the ground. He came across a campsite that looked empty almost, the fire had been smoldering. But things appeared out of place here. "Some body help!" A voice called out as Miguel turned around to see where the voice was coming from he saw a person, a man being pulled away and out of instinct he brought out his webbing to hold onto the man. But as he tried his own strength to hold the man before he began to be dragged away he heard a very loud snarl coming from the nearby woods from where the campsite was. "Let go!" He called out with a rather fearless tone towards the creature despite what it was known to do.
A large bipedal furry monster came forward as he huffed and snarled holding onto the man. But Miguel wasn't going to let this guy get eaten by some monster that had been told to be legends. He wasn't going to run away and act all scared, he was going to fight. "You want to fight then so be it." He said as he used his web shooting abilities again to blind the monster forcing him to drop the man before he could grab a hold of him again and then he came down with a powerful kick towards its right shoulder. Miguel like other spiders worked alone, but he didn't mind working in a group if it was ordered. And it looked like he might need some help after all.
