Personality: Miles is a regular teenager with great power, a young man with so much on his mind trying to balance his social life and his superhero life and isn't really fond on working with others, but is willing to when the situations calls for it. With his Spider powers still fairly fresh to him in a way, within time he wised up realizing. Has that real sense of justice and is willing to do anything possible to save his city. Being the new young Spider-Man is a definite challenge for him but he is growing smarter on his decisions in the face of evil, along with making fun of them
Appearance:
Miles is a African American male standing at the height of 5'8 athletic build but fairly skinny, brown skin complexion. Brown eyes and black hair. Always seen in a hoodie or regular clothing. Shirts, Jeans, sneakers and a sleeveless vest as a teenager would wear among the streets of New York. As for his superhero suit, it contrast of two colors red and black. It is a black suit with red webbed designs on the chest, back, the mask and fingers portions of the suit. Along with the red spider emblem on the front and back of his suit all complete with the white masked eyes.

History: A lot of things have happened since the whole BIG TIME change in the world, Miles is a regular kid from Brooklyn, New York, just visiting his Uncle after being accepted into school. Much to his parents warning on staying away from him Miles went over anyway due to not knowing of his criminal past. After some time a goblin formula enhanced spider emerged out of nowhere before biting Miles on the hand sending him into miniature seizure that soon he realized he had spider like abilities like the Amazing Spider-Man except for the two new abilities which are invisibility and a stun blast at his fingers. Freaking out Miles tries to keep his powers a secret he referred himself to be normal and leave the crime fighting to the actual Spider-Man.
There was rumors of Peter Parker's death and how he was Spider-Man, dying against facing his formidable foes fighting in what he believed in. Miles took his famous words "With great power, comes great responsibility." Realizing the reasons why he did it, Miles wanted to continue the legacy of the iconic hero. After his first night of crime-fighting, Miles soon ran into Spider-Woman as he was in a cheap literal costume. The conversation went south when he knocked himself out cold, accidently. Now held captive in the S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters. As Electro somehow broke out and Miles helped defeating him, he was fully officially entitled to be the brand new Spider-man.
As days past soon his Uncle appears at his school as they fight countless gangs and the infamous Scorpion defeating him which carried on to a battle between him and his Uncle who was The Prowler at the time, in which his gauntlets was short circuited into a bus instantly killing him. Soon he had a run in with Captain America and went up against the RHINO. With a sloppy victory, he went to assist the Avengers in certain battles. Soon Maria Hill pays Miles a visit telling him everything about his father being a SHIELD operative and fighting against HYDRA. But his father was soon attacked by Venom but was saved my Miles being in costume.
Soon Miles learned Venom was attacking the hospital where his parents were, confronting Venom he did everything in his power to take the monster down. Only to be almost consumed he used his newly venom blast powers removing it from its host, as the police the arrived and opened fired on the host along with the slime, Miles mother was caught in the crossfire who died in his arms. Later on Miles awoke next morning in Ganke's house, realizing what has happened that night he ran into the room tearing his costume to shreds screaming no more.
After a year or so Miles was having troubles on who he is secretly, Neither Ganke or Spider-Woman was able to convince Miles to be Spider-Man again. As if that wasn't bad enough Miles had a girlfriend at the time, who unknowingly realized that her parents work for HYDRA. Due to the stupid mistake of revealing his identity to her as a sign of trust, he was captured with Spider-Woman which in the latter they broke free and escaped from them.
Miles as grew accustomed to his now "Normal" life. Being Spider-Man at the age of 13 and years on took a toll on his life. With betrayal and the death of his mother, now at the age of 17 still with his powers and attending high school. SHIELD had sended Miles a new suit and webshooters in attempt to bring him back to webslinging. Staying to himself and avoiding everyone, he avoids everything that reminds him of being a hero or even Spider-man, focusing on his school work and his social life staying away from the hero life there is no telling if he goes back to it...ever.
Super Powers:
Spider Physiology: Miles has gained the abilities as the same as Spider-Man, only that this genetically enhanced spider was altered with the Oz Formula AKA the Goblin Formula
Superhuman Strength: Miles has the strength to lift up at least 10 tons. It spreads and extends throughout his entire body even his legs, that can make leap multiple stories high in a single bound.
Superhuman Speed: Having the proportionate speed of a spider, Miles can run and move faster than finest athlete at their peak.
Superhuman Stamina: With his advanced body structure its quite different then an ordinary person. Having less fatigue allowing himself to push his body longer in anything physical for hours before fatigue starts to affect him
Superhuman Durability: Miles body is way tougher and resistance to take on great painful impacts that could injure or mostly kill a regular human being, resisting great injuries.
Superhuman Equilibrium: Miles can move himself into any position at any given time, giving him perfect balance on any object no matter how small or narrow.
Superhuman Reflexes: Similar to the other Spider-Man, his reflexes are enhanced and highly altered than any regular human being. Even with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes lets him dodge almost any attack.
Wall-Crawling: Miles can cling to any surface hands and feet. Fully capable to carry his own weight, although the full potential of it is a mystery although it is guessed to be similar to Parker's
Spider-Sense: When danger is nearby a buzzing goes off in Miles head, as a warning to evade certain dangerous situations. It a weird guess on how much it grew over the years.
Bio-Electrokinesis: Miles can control and wield electricity that he produces within his body.
Venom Blast: With a flick of his fingertips Miles can send a shocking touch that can send his enemies out of commission or destroy technology. It works greatly against genetic powered beings, this ability allows Miles to end battle with little to no damage.
Energy Burst: As his powers evolved somewhat, this is usually a rare use for him. Only during by pure focus or stressful conditions. It enables Miles to unleash a radial burst of electrical energy from him, that is able to affect all that is around and nearby.
Spider-Camouflage: Along with his attire he is able to blend into his surroundings by rendering completely invisible, in form to escape or sneak up on enemies.
Regeneration: As Spider-Man does and with his body altered with the Oz Formula, his regeneration is able to heal his body at a much faster rate from certain injuries as much humans does.
Web Shooters: Webbing made from SHIELD, supplied by Spider-Woman and the Director of SHIELD as they made him the new Spider-Man.
Weaknesses:
Inexperience: Miles is sure on what he could actually do with his powers when he was Spider-Man or the handicaps that comes with it, and the fact he has not much experience being in the costume himself. Battling super villains and what not though winning against them in which he calls it as luck.
Age: As bright and mature Miles is for his age, his age and his newly formed social life is the main obstacles in his life due to the whole super hero gig carries around him as a weight on his shoulders along with the lack of real world experiences.
Lack of Training: Learning his skills from internet videos of Spider-man and with no combat training what so ever since he had his powers and still a major cause of the mistakes he made in the field. Relying solely on his reflexes and spider-sense with little to creativity with his so called "lucky" moves.

It's been a full 2 years since he stopped being Spider-Man. Staring out into space he yawned as he was in class. Actually learning for once instead of secretly watching videos on his laptop, how to get on a superhero team or even figuring out the formula for webbing. None of that matters anymore, though he remembers all the things he did wearing that suit but it left that gruesome image of his mother's death that angered him greatly, feeling it swell up inside of him. "Never Again..." he mumbled quietly as the last bell rings as the school day was over. Miles soon grabbed his bag speed walking out the school to avoid anything. Avoiding calls from Jessica, SHIELD or anyone else. It was school then straight home which was a couple of blocks away, as he was walking taking a nice stroll alone with his hood up until an explosion goes off behind smoke emitting from downtown due to a skyscraper on fire. Staring at it he turns around forward with a upset look to his face. "No..no not my problem." It felt like he was feel regrets now, his life is officially normal. No family being in danger again, no betraying girlfriend who kidnaps you...nothing.
He was done of it all, for all he knows the trash people incinerated that suit into ashes. Returning home, he sees dad on the couch. They just stared at each other, he knew Miles was still hurting he never spoke about it. Quiet dinners, not going outside or anything. Keeping to himself he went upstairs to his room only to find a silver briefcase on his bed...again. This was getting repetitive grabbing it he opens his closet where were others like it piling up. Setting on the floor adding one more to it and closing the closet door. He plops on the bed staring at the window shaking his head muttering those words once again.
"Never..again."
