Personality: Wanda is a deeply caring soul with a strong sense of what is right and what is wrong. Wanda does not see the world in any shades other than black and white. She is honest with herself and others. If she is angry, you will know it. If she hates, you know it. If she loves, yeah you know. This way of living ,coupled with her sense of how things should be put Wanda often in the role of protector of those with less power than her. She stands up for who and what she believes in.
She also has a deep sense of family and commitment to them. She honors them by following the path’s given to her. She seeks revenge for them, when they are wronged. Her brother is the most important person to Wanda and she will do what she can to ensure they are never parted. This sort of commitment will also extend to organizations(such as HYDRA or Avengers). Once she sets out to do something, it takes a rather large act to change her mind.
It should also be noted that Wanda’s abilities are directly tied into her emotions and they can fluctuate accordingly. The healthier Wanda is both physically and emotionally the better control she has.
Appearance: Wanda is a young woman, mid-twenties with pale skin, green eyes and reddish-brown hair that hangs to her mid-back. She tends to dress in a mixture of styles between punk, goth and Romani. Wanda has red pendant that was given to her by her parents on her fifth birthday and she wears it always. She tends to and for the sake of her brother, keep herself looking not overly sexualized or trampy. She does not want to draw unwanted attention

History: Wanda and her brother Pietro were born in the Wundagore mountain range in the country of Transia, the home of the High Evolutionary to a woman known only as Magda. Not long after Magda gave before to them she disappeared giving no explanation as to why and presumably froze to death in the snow covered mountains. Initially the twins were to be raised in the sanctuary but it was quickly determined they needed to be among their own kind, humans and were placed with a Romani( gypsy) family the Maximoff’s.
Most of the families early life was difficult because of their heritage and resentment towards the gypsies of the country. They would often go hungry, have to seek shelter in strange places and take work no one would ever even consider doing. It was during a particularly bad year when their father decided to steal food from a local village and a mob formed to seek justice against the evil gypsies. Fearing for their safety Wanda and Pietro quickly fled, her brother’s powers manifesting at that time speeding them far away from the angry mob and parents they would never see again. Over the next few years the twins would wander the countryside trying to survive and run away when things got too dangerous. It was on a cold winter’s day when Wanda’s powers manifested as three village men attempted to rape her. She burned both the barn and the men to death. After another mob was formed, the twins escaped again , this time to America in search of the avengers and a better life. Hoping in this country they would be more tolerant of mutants.
Super Powers:
Probability Manipulation: Wanda has the ability to alter probability aka luck via use of hex bolts, this ability requires all of the following to work correctlyL the target be in line of sight,Wanda to be in good physical condition, concentration and intent or it can go horribly wrong and the power is directed by gestures made by Wanda, whose hands glow pink when used.
Telekinesis: Wanda has limited ability to move things with her mind and is tied into her ability to manipulate probability.
Mind Manipulation:Wanda has the ability to see into a person's mind and see their deepest fear and bring it to life for that person. Her eyes glow pink when using this ability.
Ability to manipulate chaos magic and is the living focal point for all of Earth’s magic (Wanda does not know about this power at this time. )
Has the ability to manipulate all levels of reality.(Also unaware of this ability as well)

Weaknesses:
Pietro: He is by far her biggest weakness. Wanda would do anything for him and he could be used to get her to do things she would never normally do.
Wanda’s powers require that she be in top physical and mental shape. If she is tired or stressed things can go very wrong for everyone.
Fearing her own potential. Wanda, at times fears her powers and what she can truly do with them.

Roleplaying Sample: Smoothing down her barely there dress Wanda just wanted to get out of this place. It was teaming with filthy tourists and filthy ex-pats living off the government and trying to think themselves important. It also was too loud and not her sort of place. She wasn't sure why she had agreed to this other than the fact Pietro had been right. They could make more money here. Dressed as she was she was able to distract a great many men but it was when she started to sway to the beats of the music and let her gypsy heritage take over where most of this men lost not only in hopes but in cash as well. She danced and laughed and allowed herself to be swept only to be taken from one set of arms to another until she was swept away by something faster than anyone could believe. Leaning against the wall she looked to him and motioned to his stash. "Do we have enough?”
When he responded in a no Wanda tried to force herself not to sigh. This sort of behavior she was exhibiting went what she felt any level of comfort doing and all she wanted was to return to the hostel, take a share, destroy this dress and get a good nights sleep. Yet she knew they would never get to the avengers to give them the scepter if they did not have the money to buy the items they needed. So with a shake of her head, she tossed her shoulders back, a fluff of her hair she was headed back to the dance floor when an older man stopped in front of her and asked her if she would grace him with a dance. Noting the expensive suit and good shoes Wanda agreed. Maybe he would have enough money so they could disappear.
Following him to the dance floor Wanda began to twirl, slither and whirl about until the tone of the music changed and she was forced into his arms. Shifting a bit to keep the barely there dress in place she then offered the man a smile.”What brings you to Prague?” she asked. Business was the only answer she would get before there was silence between them again. Wanda found it rather odd that he did not wish to hold a conversation just dance so when he turned her she nodded her at her brother, indicating it was time. Back up in his arms she smiled and began to move him across the floor until she had him where Pietro could steal with ease.
Waiting for her brother Wanda attempted conversation again but nothing. Nothing that was until Pietro approached and the man shook his head at them both. “I wouldn’t if I were you Ms. Maximoff,it might end badly.” He said, “My name is Jasper Sitwell, I work for an agency that’s very interested in you both. Is there some place more private than this?”
